I've read many blogs over the last couple of days where the author's thoughts on the election have been shared. Here is mine:
I voted for Bush. I believe he is a man of God. I believe he's made the best decisions that could have been made in the situations that have come up during the last four years. I believe that he is the right person to lead our country right now.
I must also say that, regardless of who was elected president, God is the one who is always in control. That's where I put my faith. Not in one man, one country ... but in God ...

I so agree. I could go on and on about why, but I won't... the opposition doesn't want reasons, they only want to think of the rest of the country as being ignorant. The environment on the knitting blogs has been such that those who believe in Bush are not comfortable even talking about it. And liberals think conservatives are close minded... HAH!
maybe we should start the conservative knitter underground, what do you think?

Yes! I indeed thought I was the only conservative knitter out there. What a suprise to find your site and vocal support for our President. I voted for the President (in Mississippi). I moved to Denver a few weeks ago and volunteered for the Denver Republicans and even knitted while calling people reminding them to vote. ;) I'll bookmark your site.
